Eligibility

Products purchased from NEXIRADOS can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Process

2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and affix the RMA number to the outside of your package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
